LOWER ELEMENTARY

In Lower Elementary, an engaging and highly integrated program of study supports young students’ emerging social awareness and increased curiosity about the world around us, while reinforcing a concrete understanding of foundational skills. Through what Dr. Montessori termed “cosmic education,” elementary students acquire a sense of connection to the universe and an awareness of the interdependence of all living things, preparing the child for global citizenry.
